Connection steps
Prerequisite¶
The beneficiary requesting integration must meet the following conditions:
- Possesses an information system intended for integration with MPay;
- For public beneficiaries – the system must be registered in the Register of Information Resources and Systems;
- The contract and/or annex regarding the use of the MPay service has been signed;
- For private or public beneficiaries holding commercial bank accounts – the use of the service is paid according to the contract;
- Beneficiaries must hold a valid system certificate issued by STISC for integration. If the institution does not yet have a system certificate, it must request and obtain one from STISC;
- Users must have an electronic signature to access the MPay back-office platform in order to view payments;
- If the beneficiary does not have its own information system for integration, MPay may propose creating a generic service – a standard MPay frontend page template that can be filled in by the payer.
Connection Steps for the Beneficiary¶
- Sign the contract and complete the connection form for registering the service in MPay;
- The institution must send the system certificate (public key .cer) to MEGA at suport.mpay@gov.md and provide its logo in .png format;
- Provide integration details through the form, including: – Applicant contact information; – Intended mode of MPay usage; – Information about the web service (service provider name, service provider website, service name, test endpoint IP address);
- MEGA configures the service in the testing environment: https://testmpay.gov.md;
- The beneficiary integrates its system according to the integration guide, then performs functional testing according to the technical guide, together with the MPay representative;
- After final validation by the beneficiary, MEGA activates the service in the production environment;
- The beneficiary receives a notification confirming the completion of the integration.
