eAppointment

Public service appointments online, simple and fast

eAppointment (programari.gov.md) is the government portal for booking appointments to public services online. Citizens pick the institution, service, date and time that suit them and book without creating an account, while institutions configure their services and time slots and manage their appointments in one place.

The portal exposes an API that lets institutions' external information systems integrate with the service.

At a glance

What it is. The service through which natural persons book online appointments to public services offered by connected institutions, and through which institutions publish bookable services, define time slots and manage requests. The list of institutions and services keeps growing.

For citizens.

  • No account is required — just fill in the online form.
  • The data requested is: first and last name, IDNP or identity document, e-mail address, phone number and, in some cases, home address.
  • After booking, the applicant receives a confirmation e-mail with a link to change or cancel the appointment.
  • An appointment can also be booked for another person, with the correct data and that person's consent (if an adult).
  • Booking is also available from the EVO mobile app.

Electronic signature sign-in. For actions that require identification, the portal supports the USB signature (MoldSign app), the identity card, the mobile signature (Orange, Moldcell) and EVOSign.

For institutions. Connecting takes three steps:

  1. Submit the request — fill in a simple form to start the connection process.
  2. Configure the available services — choose which service types can be booked online and define the time slots.
  3. Manage appointments — administer requests and stay in control of the schedule.

The connection request is submitted through the dedicated form.
